  • The Bus Project, Portsmouth

AGS is proud to have been part of a project to convert a bus into a homeless shelter. AGS Quality Construction built the washroom for the bus, which was donated by Stagecoach, and members of the public as well as the Portsmouth Evening News helped finance the project.

Since March, work has been carried out to fit the bus with a  kitchen, toilet and shower and 12 bunks.

The bus was completed in October 2017, and is expected to offer up to 12 beds to homeless people in the Portsmouth area.

Read more about the project here at the Portsmouth News website, and you can find out more about the project on the project's Facebook page.
